TEMPO combines functional training with competitive, target-driven group exercise, and whether you're flying solo or teaming up with a buddy, this is where you’ll take your fitness to the next level. Here's what’s in store:

SOLOS – Take on yourself. It’s you vs. your limits.
DUELS – Grab a friend and push each other to the brink (in the best way possible).

TEMPO 2.0 is open to everyone – members and non-members alike – so whether you're already crushing it at Just Fitness or totally new to our crew, you're invited to jump in. And trust us, our state-of-the-art functional training space is the perfect battleground for your workout goals.

From endurance drills to strength challenges across three intense zones, this event will leave you pumped and ready for more.

XTR Format

The Bannatyne ‘TEMPO’ workout combines functional training with target-driven group exercise formats, enabling participants to compete ‘for time’ against themselves in ‘SOLOS’, against other pairs of training buddies in ‘DUELS’, or as a bigger team of 3 in ‘SQUADS’

Format

‘TEMPO’ maximises the potential of the state-of-the-art functional training space at JUST FITNESS

Participants will be performing a range of exercises within each of the 3 primary zones

1. Rack Zone - This zone utilises the half rack and heavy Barbell, as well as the ‘Wall Ball’ targets

2. Auxiliary Zone - This zone makes use of the range of functional equipment and available floor space for a range of bodyweight exercises

3. Track Zone - The track zone is heavily focused on more dynamic exercise selection i.e. ‘Bear Crawls’, ‘Walking Lunges’ or Pushing the Sled!
